These terms describe use of Workbench. Please review them before creating an account or sharing content.
Accounts and teams
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use accounts and content you are authorized to use. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Team owners and admins manage access within the permissions Workbench provides. Invitations require a valid account and remain subject to limits, expiration, and revocation.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You permit the operator and its service providers to host, process, store, and display that content as needed to operate Workbench and share it with your authorized teammates. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to upload or share it. This permission does not grant the operator ownership of your work.
Do not use Workbench for unlawful activity, harassment, malicious files, unauthorized access, or attempts to disrupt other users or the service. Do not upload credentials or content you are not authorized to disclose. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security incidents, or legal requirements.
Files, history, and availability
Storage limits and expiration rules displayed in the app apply. Files normally expire after 30 days unless Keep is enabled. Keep prevents scheduled expiration; it is not a guarantee of permanent archival storage. Maintain separate copies of important work. Deletion may be irreversible and backups or copies held by teammates are outside your direct control.
Leaving a team does not automatically erase shared history. Account/data requests can be sent to agiob0310@gmail.com. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
The service requires internet access for shared data and saving. It can be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures, or other issues, and features may change. The installed PWA does not provide offline task editing or guaranteed recovery of unsaved drafts.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
