Information processed

Purposes and access

Information is used to authenticate users, operate shared workspaces, enforce permissions, store/retrieve files, communicate about account requests, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service against misuse. Workbench's application code currently includes no advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics integration. Hosting providers may also generate technical usage and security logs.

Members of the same team can see member names/email addresses and shared team content according to the application's roles. Owners/admins can manage members and files within their permissions. Joining a team is a sharing decision; do not upload content you lack permission to share.

Supabase provides authentication, database, and private file storage. Netlify hosts the application and server functions. Google processes Google sign-in when chosen. These providers process information to deliver their respective services. Data handling can involve locations outside your country depending on the operator's provider configuration. Operators may access information as needed for support, administration, security, or legal obligations. No claim of end-to-end encryption is made.

Retention and deletion

Workspace records remain while needed to operate the service and preserve shared history. Archiving hides projects or tasks from active work; it does not delete shared records or stop file expiration. Files uploaded while writing a debrief remain in Files even if the debrief is discarded. Leaving a team does not automatically delete tasks, contributions, comments, or debriefs. Personal notifications for that team are removed when your membership ends. Deleted comments leave a history marker with the author and date, but their text and related notifications are removed from the active database; backups may retain earlier copies. Deleting an account is not currently a self-service feature.

Uploaded files normally become inaccessible after 30 days unless Keep is enabled. Turning Keep off sets a new expiration 30 days later. Physical removal uses a scheduled cleanup process; configuration issues, failures, or backlogs can delay removal. Manual file deletion is available to the uploader and team owners/admins. Compact metadata may remain after object deletion. Provider backups/logs can follow different retention schedules; immediate removal from every backup is not promised.

The installed PWA caches a generic offline page. It does not cache workspace content for offline use or queue offline changes. Unsaved form edits remain in the current page's memory; browser crashes or forced closure can lose them. Authentication sessions and cookies are separate from that offline cache. Downloads and copies teammates make are outside the app's direct deletion controls.

Choices and requests

Use Account settings to change your display name, request an email change, or set/change your Workbench password. You can sign out and use your browser's controls to remove site storage. Restricting essential cookies may prevent sign-in.

Email agiob0310@gmail.com to request access, correction, export, account deletion, or other privacy assistance. The operator may need to verify identity and coordinate changes to shared team records. Rights and permitted exceptions depend on applicable law. Do not send passwords, secret keys, or verification codes in a request.
