Technical help
For a technical issue, include what you were trying to do, the error message, your browser/device, and roughly when it happened. Avoid sharing private team content unless necessary. Never send passwords, secret keys, or verification codes.
Account and privacy requests
For account/data requests, write from your account email when possible and say whether you need access, correction, an export, or account deletion. Identity may need verification. There is no self-service account-deletion button yet. Requests are reviewed manually; sending an email does not automatically delete an account. Shared contributions, audit history, backups, and legal obligations may require separate handling.
Common issues
If you cannot join a team, ask its owner for a fresh invitation and confirm you are below the three-team limit. If a save fails, keep the form open; refresh/check whether the change was recorded before resubmitting. If you are offline, reconnect before saving. Workbench does not queue offline edits.
